Faster is one of the first documentaries about the fastest championship on two wheels, the MotoGP. It was released in 2003. This was the era of 500ccm 2 stroke beasts which were slowly replaced by 990ccm 4 stroke engines in the 2002 season.

After »Faster« and its sequel, director Mark Neale decided to create another MotoGP documentary, this time showcasing the 2005 US Grand Prix at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.
