Two bikers nearly killed in a slow traffic crash

Straight up scary stuff here. Driving bikes is inheritably dangerous, and every gap in stationary traffic has a potential to turn into a collision.

This is exactly what happened in Australia when a driver tried to cross an intersection at speed and unintentionally blocked two bikers who drove in the opposite direction.

The speed limit on this part of the road is 60km/h, the dashcam car was doing 40 and the bikes around 55, so nobody can say they were speeding in anyway.

One rider suffered a broken leg and the second a broken pelvis. The driver, reported to be a female in her twenties, wasn’t injured in the crash.
