Thinking about a classic project car that you’d lovingly restore to its former glory or make it even better? When you start you’ll say to yourself, it’s just going to be a quick touchup job, maybe refurbish the interior and have some fun with the mechanical bits.
Of course, the more you checkout the car, the more you realize it’s not going to be that easy. Actually it’s going to be anything but easy. Square inch by square inch you’ll discover more and more rust as the years have taken their toll. The weight reduction would be a good thing, but not when your foot falls through the floor while driving on the highway. You have now unintentionally become a Flintstones character with several broken limbs.
So before that happens, you decide to go all out and cut away all of the rust. It’s time to start from scratch.

Hint, it’s not European made.
